The Night of Fortresses – to be held in 45 locations in seven countries on 10 May – aims to enhance the cultural and tourist offerings in European cities with fortified heritage, raising awareness about the potential and importance of cultural heritage valorization. In the past two years, the event has connected and promoted the program at more than 45 fortification sites in 6 countries: Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, the Czech Republic, Romania and Serbia.
