How can contemporary art and culture respond to and engage with the urgent political questions facing us today? The artistic director of BAK, basis voor actuele kunst in Utrecht joins us for a lecture exploring her work to date, which includes a focus on society, the concept of care and ‘instituting otherwise’. These approaches are explored in programmes such as Propositions for Non-Facist Living and in response to the current pandemic, How to Assemble Now and Tactical Solidarities.
