Short description:
On May 8, 2026, a poetry slam on the topic of Europe will take place in the Altes Kino in Rankweil. Under the motto “United in diversity” – the motto of the European Union on the occasion of Europe Day on 9 May – the focus is on Europe’s diversity. 6 poets from 3 countries will present self-written texts on current European topics and compete for the audience’s favour. Participants include Juli Pfefferkorn-Mousa (Nenzing), Katy Bayer (Bregenz), Aidin Halimi (Berlin), Alex Simm (Ravensburg) and Lukas Becker (Zurich). Marvin Suckut and Tina Strohmaier will be the moderators.
